Cancellation Policy
Deposit & Bookings All appointments require a $20 non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward your final balance. All removals must be selected at the time of booking. Nail art must be booked in advance. Nail art is not guaranteed if it is not selected at checkout. Additional services cannot always be accommodated same day. Service Time & Punctuality Appointments are detail-focused and not rushed. Sets may take up to 4 Hours for completion, depending on nail art designs. Intricate XL designs may take up to 5+ hours. Please ensure you have enough time for your full service. Time restrictions are not permitted and may result in refusal of service. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please notify the salon as soon as possible. A $20 late fee will be applied if you are running more than 20 minutes late to your scheduled appointment. Excessive lateness may result in a shortened service or cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling, Cancellations & No Shows A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment, provided the new appointment is booked within the same calendar month as the original appointment. Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without providing the required notice will be considered a no-show. A no-show fee equal to the full cost of the missed appointment will be required. Failure to pay the applicable no-show fee will result in a permanent ban from booking future services with Beauty Rebelle Studio.
